We start with a thorough cleaning of your roof. Next we cut out any bad areas and repair. Then we will spray a layer approx. 1" thick over the entire roof. We can fill in low areas so as to keep the water draining off the roof. Then we will spray or roll an elastomeric coating over the entire process. Your new roof will have added insulation with a 80% UV reflectivity rating.
