Concrete Lifting

Concrete lifting is the best solution to overcome hazards and structural problems created by settling concrete. The soil in Tennessee is especially susceptible to settling. That creates trip-points and other hazards where the concrete has settled. For years, people have had to either deal with these hazards or else go through the tremendous expense of replacing the trouble areas. Concrete lifting (sometimes called mudjacking) is the solution to this problem. For a fraction of the cost of replacement, you can level your sidewalk, driveway, porches and patios, and even basement floors and foundations.

How do we lift concrete?

It takes the right equipment and skilled personnel to get good results

  • 1½ inch holes are drilled in the sunken concrete in strategic locations to lift and fill voids under the slab.
  • A stabilizing grout is pumped under the sunken slab. The grout fills the void as it lifts the concrete to the proper height.
  • The holes are filled with a non-shrinking concrete mixture.  We take extreme care to clean up completely and make sure you are completely satisfied.
